Here it is. The event that most science inclined students have been waiting for… The entrance exams into NASE/ENSP-level one (2016-2017)! The announcement was passed in a press release on April 1st (not an April fool’s prank!) and the official date is 6th July (7am) – 7th July (5pm). The exam will take place in Bafoussam, Bamenda, Bertoua, Buea, Douala, Ebolowa, Garoua, Maroua, Ngaoundéré, Yaoundé, and in the capital cities of all countries in the CEMAC region.
The exam will be made up of two written tests (no orals) for each subject (Maths and Physics), and each test will be 3 hours long (That makes 6 hours per subject!) Each test will be of equal importance.
Just 180 places are available, so it will be a tight squeeze!
In the same light, entrance exams into level 3 have also been launched, and will be written on the 12th and 13th of July, 2016 starting from 8am. Their exam will be made up of a test in Maths, Physics and Computer Science, each test being 4 hours long.
Unlike the entrance exam into level one, there are just 15 available seats, and the exam will take place in Yaoundé only.
For more information, pass by the school website where you can pick up a registration form and the requirements to write the exam: http//www.polytechnique.cm/concours, to try your luck to get into one of the (self-proclaimed) best engineering schools in West and Central Africa!
